Our Founder and Director Julie Harding set up the business in 2004 to help people write targeted CVs and LinkedIn profiles and then coach them on interviewing techniques. Having been an award-winning recruitment consultant in a leading UK recruitment firm and a marketing professional prior to that, she had met talented people who were experts in their field. However, they were not great at branding and marketing themselves. Julie realised they needed advice and support, and so set up business to provide it.
