Having carried out an initial meeting to ascertain
your exact person specification we then offer the following
services (you can choose all or part of the following):
- Review of CVs/job application forms
- Possible candidates screened by telephone
- Reply letters sent on your behalf
- First round interviews booked and carried
out on your behalf
- Psychometric tests (OPQ), including
numerical and verbal reasoning tests
and personality questionnaires
- Presentation of short-listed candidates
with recommendations on way forward
- Arrangement of second and any further
interviews for you to meet the short-listed
candidates
- Interview coaching for the interviewer
(those staff members/directors carrying
out the interviews) if required

sourcing service as we do not offer advertising,
search and selection, head-hunting
or a database of possible candidates.
What we do offer is an experienced
CV reviewer, interviewer and qualified practitioner of psychometric tests who
can also help you manage the recruitment process once you have sourced the candidates
initially.
